PimpedOutHire reserve the right to refuse any persons who they deem unfit to travel, and can refuse to continue the journey if any persons act in a manner that could be construed as being detrimental to the vehicle or other persons. In the event of this being the case NO refund would be given. If there is a requirement for you're booking to be altered in anyway during the times of your hire i.e. additional pickup points or set down points, causing the times of your hire to overrun on time and mileage. Authorization must be gained from the PimpedOutHire office. The HIRER is fully responsible for any damage caused inside or outside of the vehicle/s, by any member of his/her party. If damage is caused by incitement to any third party, the HIRER will be responsible for the full cost of any repairs. If any members of the Hirers party are sick, then a valeters charge of £75 will be charged. If damage is caused to any glassware during the times of hire, then the HIRER is fully responsible for the cost of any replacement. At a cost of £10.00 per Champagne Flute and £20.00 per Ice Bucket. At the time of booking, a deposit of 50% is required. The balance will become payable within 14 days of the hire unless arranged otherwise. PimpedOutHire reserves the right to cancel any booking that has not been paid in full for the required date. In this case the hirers deposit will not be refunded. In the event of a cancellation of a booking, then there will be NO refund. Pimpedouthire reserve the right to cancel any booking upto 48hours before for any reason in which a full deposit refund will be given. PimpedOutHire will make every effort to get you to your planned destination for the time that you require, but we will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control. i.e. Traffic Issues or Weather Conditions. PimpedOutHire will not be held responsible to the HIRER for missing any further transport connection or function. We will wait a maximum of 30 mins from scheduled pickup times, after which, the limo moves on. The consumption of Alcohol by any persons under the age of 18, is NOT permitted in the hired vehicle. Failure to comply will result in the hire being cancelled immediately. Illegal Drugs are not permitted within a PimpedOutHire Hummer. Failure to comply will result in the hire being cancelled immediately.
